Room Options – Bookings
Please ensure that you book your room before end September:
The Nest Hotel will maintain an exclusive booking for the Biodanza Group until end September 2022. Thereafter the Hotel becomes available for bookings by the general public.
We encourage you to book a shared room to allow the maximum possible number of participants to experience this years African Encounter.

A 50% deposit will be required with your booking. The balance of 50% can be paid on your arrival.
Special Rates for Children
Up to 2 children, 12 and under eat and stay for free in a family unit with existing beds, when sharing with 2 adults.
Children 13-17, pay 50% of sharing rate.
All children over the allowed 2 per room will pay 50%
of the sharing rate

All pricing is per person sharing.
Participants are allocated to rooms as the individual deposit is paid. If you know with whom you wish to share but they haven’t paid, notify the Hotel when you book.
In the event that there is a high demand for participation at the African Encounter, a limited number of rooms can be provided at BnB’s within a few minutes drive from the Venue.

Option 1. Garden and Premier Garden Rondhavel
Accommodation for 3 nights R2985 – 50% deposit of only R1492.50 secures your bed (sharing).
ROOM: Sleeps 2 or 3, one bathroom.
Double Bed and single bed rooms and several rooms with a double bed with one single bed.
Option 2. Family Garden Rondhavel
Accommodation for 3 nights R3300 – 50% deposit of only R1650 secures your bed (sharing).
Rondhavels of two rooms sleeps 4 and one of 6. One bathroom.
The rooms are larger than the Garden Rondhavel. There are both double and single bed rooms.
Option 3. Mountain View (All rooms South of Reception)
Accommodation for 3 nights R3300 – 50% deposit of only R1650 secures your bed (sharing).
ROOM: Sleeps 2 or 3, one bathroom.
Double and single bed rooms
Option 4. Family Mountain View (All rooms South of Reception)
Accommodation for 3 nights R3600 – 50% deposit of only R1800 secures your bed (sharing).
ROOMS: Two Rooms, Sleeps 4 or 5, one bathroom.
