STEP ONE: Pay for the Vivencia (see below)
STEP TWO: Receive a unique REFERENCE NO., with the Invoice that will be sent to you once we receive your payment for the Vivencia. We will also forward this reference number to the Resort, to allow you to book and pay the deposit for your accommodation.
Please note that if you pay directly by EFT into the African Encounter bank account, we will be able to send you your invoice within 24 hours. If you choose to pay through PayFast there will be a delay of 4 days for the funds to reach our account and so delay the forwarding of the Invoice and reference no.
STEP THREE: Book your accommodation. Don’t leave booking your accommodation too long as the best deals will be snapped up quickly – don’t be disappointed – book sooner rather than later.
The price for the Vivencia is R3390.

Here are the Payment Options for the Vivencia.
Use your name and surname as reference for your payment.
For South African residents and International Visitors there are two payment options. Please note that payments through PayFast do not reflect in our account for 4 days from the time you make your payment:

The Biodanza African Encounter in association with the BDFSA, provides a R100 discount on the price of the Vivencia to Members and strives to promote the participation of active facilitators on the Encounter platform. To receive the discount you must refer to your membership of the BDFSA when making your reduced EFT (only) Vivencia payment.
SECTION 3. Regional and International Visitors Flying into Durban:
Taxi services are available from King Shaka Airport to Zinkwazi, approximately 50km from the airport. The contact numbers of various private taxi companies based in the area follow. Club together to minimize the cost to yourself and fellow travellers.

A 13 or 18 seater bus @ R1220 and R1320 is available from Derick for Dolphin Coast Tourist Service: 083-431 2719. Smaller vehicles are also available for 4-5 people.
Prices look reasonable if the capacity of the vehicle is used – ranging from R120 – R250 per person.
