INVESTMENT
Costs include all meals and accommodation for people staying at the venue.
Excludes drinks and transport to the venue. Prices are per person sharing.
Friday- Dinner
Saturday & Sunday- 3 meals per day
Monday- Breakfast and lunch

1. Early Bird – R7655 50% deposit R3827 Paid by 30^th March
2. Early bird paid in full R7655 gives you one of the 6 Deluxe rooms. First come first served. Paid by 30^th March (shared accommodation)
3. Mid Bird – R7955 50% deposit R3977 Paid by 30^th June
4. Late Bird – R8200
5. Vivencia + Lunch – R3850 (Making your own arrangements to sleep off-site)
6. Vivencia + All Meals (Making your own arrangements to sleep off-site)

All payments to be settled in full 15 days before the Encounter.
We request that you settle as soon as you are able because this helps us a lot with cash flow.

Deposits are refundable in full up to 30 days before the event
50% up to 15 days before the event
20% up to 7 days before the event
Non-refundable after 7 days before the event

• Single bookings – we would love to fill the venue with as many participants as possible to give an opportunity to many people to enjoy the Encounter. There may be the opportunity to book a single room, depending on availability, which we will only know closer to the time. Feel free to request a single room on the registration form and we will add you to a priority waiting list. Single rates will be communicated if these rooms become available. We recommend that you choose the early bird offering to be at the top of the list.
